Top 5 in blocks this season tho.
while allowing opponents to shoot 60% at the rim. Good for 23rd in the league.

Now that's how you're supposed to respond on a sports forum. Repped. I have no comeback to that stat.while allowing opponents to shoot 60% at the rim. Good for 23rd in the league.

Ontop of....
22nd in the league in rebounding differential, they were 8th last year.
20th in the league in defensive efficiency, they were 5th last year.
They can get slightly better at these things, but they aren't a lockdown defensive team anymore, which is what they were the last two seasons. They're going to need to find someone to do that job, they lost one elite rim protector, one good one, and one slightly above average one, replaced by a terrible one.
I don't know why he would up this thread![]()

It's actually both. They're inconsistent and they lack a big, defensive 5 like Bogut that can give them a good 20 mins a game.No they're just inconsistent, right @Gil Scott-Heroin?![]()

There's losses yet there's gainsYou can't even if you wanted to. Dubs lose their only rim protectors from last yr - Ezeli (43.6% DFG at rim, 3.5 FGX) and Bogut (45.2% DFG at rim, 3.5 FGX) - and replaced him with a C rotation of Zaza (59.7% DFG at rim, 2.1 FGX) and West (46.9% DFG at rim, 1.3 FGX). They go from 7 FGX to 3.4 FGX at the rim from your major minute loggers at the 5. That's horrendous.
FGX - FGs missed
