Under normal circumstances, would write this off as Peter Vescey-level fishing for content, but I've been following the drive to rid colleges/high schools of offensive names/mascots. As recently as a month ago, the Sec. of Education defending their use.

There is a c00n Native american organization called NAGA that is supporting this. And Trump and them will probably use them to justify going back to the racial slur as a team name.

As Commander fan myself, they are not going back to the old name and old logo. White folks only doing this cuz white people didn't get together as a collective and decide to stop being racist and agree on a new name like they did with the Cleveland Indians and other offensive team names and mascots.

The NFL stepped in and said YOU CAN'T use this logo/name and until you figure this shyt out you will be the Washington Team. So the CACmmander fans can't let it go like Haiti's revolution.

I had to leave a lot of Commander fan groups on FB cuz all they post are fake articles and propaganda videos about how they are going to bring back the name and here's an article from Chief $5 Dollar Indian or something like that saying why it's not offensive and shoud be brought back

Hail! I agree as a long-time fan as well. I couldn't care less about the name at this point, just win. The more they do, the less people will care. I am just glad they are relevant again
