The Watcher 2 is peak arrogantly malicious Jay Z flow/lyrics

Listening to this song right now and it's mind blowing how good his verse is lyrics aside, I mean Jay is constantly arrogant/cocky and demeaning towards people in his verses, but this was another level.
Honestly like he was a bully beating somebody up on a playground which honestly made me question the confidence in the song/see it as overcompensating on a level.
I mean listen to it again and look at how his voice/flow gets at this part:
You can't disrespect us cause you got a little check cut
You was suckin for so long, fukkin your little neck up
Now you too big for your britches, you got a few little bytches
You think you Hugh Hefner, you just ridiculous
I blew breath for you midgets, I gave life to the game
Literally sounds like he was puffing his chest out/standing talller and looking down on/squashing someone.
Is there any song that displays this better

Don't agree, as in I think the verse is just as good but don't see anything wrong with Jay's at all

Not the type of arrogance I was talking about, much more malicious on The Watcher 2, otherwise I would have said peak arrogant Jay.
