efforts is just about ID and democrat and mainstream media play right into their hands and gets sucked into only focusing on the least crucial aspect of these bills is why
they continue to lose elections and public support

Whenever republicans try to dismiss the issue to just requiring ID, the only appropraite response should be
highlighting the extreme gerrymandering, voter register purge,

partisan operatives dismantling and taking
over election operation (a lot of states now have magas in charge of running the election and vote counting)

closing down voting locations in black areas, limiting entire counties to just one dropbox location like in texas,
partisan state legislature being in charge of election certification instead of secretary of state etc

There's a reason republicans focus on making voter ID the center of debate because it makes their suppresion efforts seem like a non issue that dems are just blowing out of proportion and they fall for it.

shyt is frustrating as hell to me, control the narrative and get better at messaging ffs:what::mindblown:

Republicans are comfortably sitting at the right of the political spectrum

Dems are disjointed at the center and the left of the political spectrum

As more Dems retire, they'll be more progressive candidates who will be in sync with consistent messaging that resonates to their base

The dem base is all over the place and it's not effective

Everytime I read about a new measure the GOP is implementing to diminish the voting power of my ppl, I get pissed off

Exactly. The blue dog "centrist" who run the dem party care more about public perception and appealing to the imaginary conservative voter who are just waiting to be
wooed and courted by the dems:comeon: than fighting for their own base

Republicans pretty much always control the narrative about everything.

The DNC badly needs to hire some media consultants.

That's because they get help from corporate-owned media. Look at how the Afghanistan withdrawal got branded as this colossal failure when everybody wanted out. To me that's the highlight of Biden's first year because he was willing to take the heat of Afghanistan collapsing.

And he saved us $300 million A DAY :ahh:

Republicans are correctly arguing that dems are passing voting rights legislation because it's politically expedient.

It's actually one of the more consistent arguments considering Republicans in states like NC have successfully argued in court that they are gerrymandering districts so they are politically advantageous to them.

Dems should just tell the truth here.

Central VA
Virginia Dems made voting easy as hell.

And Republicans swept the top three offices.

And the GOP tried immediately after to start passing suppression bills.

Dems are mostly apathetic because they are mostly insulated from any impact republican lawmakers can have on their quality of life.

Great point, add to that the corp. Dems govern as though being in power is an inconvenience to them.
Nancy tells us every few weeks how important it is for America to have a strong republican party :scusthov:
