None of that matters. Because it has already deescalate from his actions and the actions of everyone around him. when he walked in that room everyone was calm. that right there tells you everything you need to know. In fact, no one even moved until he shot. I've been around fights that turned into shootouts, seen shootouts, and seen dudes walk up on whoever (or close enough) and let it go. It's NEVER that casual. He didn't run through the door. He didn't crack open the door let off shots then step through. He didn't come in the door with his head ducked. No one in the room had their heads ducked. No one even ran out when he walked in. That tells you that he wasn't in immediate danger at that point in time. That's not a heat-of-the-moment thing. That's all people are saying. What he did was an idiot move. There's no defending that.

At home making sure me and my siblings were fed and educated or at work making sure we had money to have shelter over our heads.
