Not a ton, wife and I decided not to exchange gifts this year.

Mom did hook up some more gear from Actively Black :blessed:

My parents and I said we wouldn't get gifts but they got me gifts anyways which annoyed me.

They got me a blanket with my pictures all over it.

:pachaha:

I'm like "why are ya'll feeding my vanity?" Loved it though.

I also got a pink cookware set from work which is probably the least appropriate thing someone could get me...yet I picked it out myself from a group of prizes.

I’ve been out of work for a bit following a cancer diagnosis that led to some other issues; I wasn’t really wanting anything, but one of my departments insisted on getting together and doing some something for me and my girls, so I put together a fairly humble list of clothing, amusements, and essentials and everything was fulfilled (in addition to what I ended up spending). I’ve never been on this side of things before, so it was quite an experience to have this level of local community support. I am under the weather right now so it was a pretty visceral/emotional day. The best item if i had to choose were some dad and daughter soccer kits for the local squad

Hopefully it was caught early and curable. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
