Howdy, and welcome. I just wanted to make a thread where we can come together and navigate our way through this cultural process. First step is to identify yourself and explain what brought you here. Second, give us some thoughts about how this site has changed your perception, if any. Third, tell us about your username and why you chose it. Any interesting back story? Finally, tell me your favorite things from color to music, a book, film etc. What are your interests and hobbies as well.

I discovered this place when the whole Kendrick Lamar "Control" fiasco took over the innanetz. I found that this community was funny as hell and ironically, i shared a lot of the sentiments with them seeing as im white. My username before was blizzard, but changed it to what it is now as it refers to my born year. Fav color is grey, listen to only rap, reggae and soul. Don't really like reading books, but i like to read stories about peoples experiences particularly struggles. Interests are sports: big fan of chicago bulls, oakland a's and cam newton. other interests are computers specifically hardware. Currently in school for networking and getting dem certs. hobbies include diy shyt, running, and bbq'n

I'm a Cave-American who stumbled upon the film room, then later ventured out to the other forms.

This site hasn't changed my perception on much, because I was already tired of hearing the same old nonsense from racist cacs, especially concerning matters such as Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown. Basically, I agree with the general consensus here on most issues, barring the most extreme things. Now believe me, not all cacs are racist, many of us are fed up with the racist police force and judicial system, as well as the outdated mentality of racists. But you are correct in your suspicion that the majority of white people are racist, but you obviously didn't need my confirmation to be sure.

I'm 27 year olds, live in upstate New York, and have a fine Puerto Rican wife. I'm thinking about having kids soon but to be honest, I'm not quite ready to spend upwards of 18 years raising kids.. I enjoy playing basketball, watching movies, drinking beers with my friends, and being with my wife. I enjoy all kinds of music and my favorite color is blue.

2. Hm, well i've been sort of a anti-nationalist (altho, i understand nationalism for the oppressed) leftist, had my views on white supremacy, understood white privilege, etc etc but they weren't as militant as now. this site taught me A LOT about white supremacy and just how deep shyt is.
3.hmm idk my favorite colors are grey, black & read. i like sci-fi books and film. favorite movies: american beauty, alien, bladerunner, the holy mountain. i also enjoy reading leftist, existentialism and and nihilism. i dont really have many hobbies, tbh. i used to play video games a lot, but quit. i occasionally still play Counterstrike. None to be honest, but interracial relationships in general seem to be very common where I live.

I signed up for The Coli after realizing that KTT is a shythole. People on here are exceptionally cool compared to other internet forums


Has this site changed my perception on social issues/race relations/america? Yeah maybe a little. It's good to know there are other people as dissatisfied with modern society as I am. Even it's for different reasons.
