Especially when talking about unfair imprisonment of lower level black men involved in the drug trade.

Well...we pretty much know now that Mexican cartels are responsible for the drugs coming into the country.
In Chicago, everyone knows all the work comes from the Mexicans.

Well, lower level Mexicans get the same treatment in the federal system.....Mexican trafficking groups don't have any vested interest in destroying black communities, it's just a part of the puzzle.
