I'm aware development started but this would be like Rockstar announcing GTA 5 DLC for 2026

You must not be a Witcher fan. You have to realize the Witcher has a huge fan base. The books, the game, and the Netflix series. Even the Polish government backed the Witcher 3 with grants. :wow: They even had a live play in several different global cities. There is a lot more lore to cover in the Witcher universe. Plenty of people would welcome more Witcher 3 DLC with open arms.

You also have to realize that some developers are passionate about their work and love their fanbase.

So its easy to say "make a new ip." when you're not a diehard fan, but sometimes its not about the money.

As for new games, they are working on Witcher 4, a Witcher remake, and got the cyberpunk 2077 sequel in the pipeline.

I never suggested they make a new IP. That was a general statement, but I specifically said "or in this case, Witcher 4"

Check my post history in Witcher threads, I loved that sht. I put more hours in the gwent mini game (not the standalone version) than I care to admit. My point is if you asked any gamer would they want Witcher 4 earlier or some of the devs to dikk around with 3 DLC, we all know what everyone will choose. Witcher 3 was a personal 10/10 for me ELEVEN YEARS AGO, but I don't want to play that clunky control nonsense anymore, I'm ready for 4.

I refuse to believe the time and effort put into this DLC doesnt slow down the production of W4 at all. Again I loved Witcher 3 but its over.

We would 100% choose the Witcher 3 DLC breh. I know that's hard to understand, but the Witcher Universe and Geralt goes back to the late 80s.

Die hard fans are 100% ok with more Witcher 3 DLC even if it meant slowing down Witcher 4

They removed the quality and performance options on Nintendo Switch and just replaced it with post processing sliders. I had no idea.

So I booted it up because Nintendo updated Switch 2 with a forced Dock mode option for Switch 1 games and I can tell you this game runs smooth as hell!!!! It’s no longer blurry! It’s very clear. However assets are still clearly reduced.

There should be some way to play the DLC as some kind of standalone. I love this game and beat it twice, but that was on my roommate's PS4 like 8-9 years ago :francis:
