The women out here "interviewing" men will probably never find one

So many women nowadays are actively looking for a man but I feel they go about it wrong.

Ladies, I understand you don't want to waste time and want to "weed out" the bad prospects, but in this process you often come off as boring and having no personality. So even the "good men" often will not be interested too much.

Women to me:
"So where did you go to school?
So what do you do?
Oh ok, I do blah, blah, blah
What are you plans?"

In the meantime, I'll be making light-hearted jokes or side comments to lighten the conversation or break the ice a bit.....they generally no-sell it. I don't mind answering those type of questions, but there has to be a flow...

I'm like ....you're sitting here actin like a man has to pass some type of interview to get with you, but you forget I'm the other party in this potential relationship, and you seem to have no personality and kinda come off as boring.

If ur gonna date, you have to put yourself out there b/c you might meet someone good, but you're in your "I don't have time to waste" mode and you come off unappealing.
