Yes, the significance of this idea is that as a society you recognize this propensity and you put in place mechanisms to prevent or limit this behavior and I would be willing to bet the societies you named that have not engaged in this behavior historically have had those mechanisms.

Race is made up and it is foolish to attribute any type of behavior exclusively to one group or another. This in my view is how societies fail to have the mechanisms I stated earlier because they think well we aren't like them so we don't need it.

Hell yeah the world would be a better place when white people are extinct. They don’t contribute anything to help society. All they do is make society worse. They like making themselves look like saviors to the whole planet when they are the real villains.
