nah the WOAT is, especially in an apartment complex as opposed to a townhouse, is having to haul the groceries from your car to your apartment; that walk ain't no joke... and if it's raining?! shyttttttt


top and bottom floors have trade offs; bottom floor you gotta deal with stomping, but you never have to walk stairs; top floor, you don't gotta deal with the noise, but the stairs are a bytch; especially when trying to move in and out, carrying furniture up and down stairs is the worst shyt ever

This is the truth. A damn shame when grocery shopping and I'm deciding what I'm gone buy based on how many trips I'll need to make up and down the steps. And moving in was a bytch. In my old first floor apartment I moved it all myself. Tried that shyt with my third floor apartment and damn near died.

But I did hate having a first floor apartment cause anytime anybody pulled up their lights would shine in my place and always had to worry about if people could see in.

I saw them two fukkas that were up there fukking the night before when i was leaving this morning. Them fukkas need to lose some serious weight. No doubt in my mind that the two combine for over 600 lbs
