I dunno about this. The eurowhites and american whites are the reason latin anerica is dysfunctional. They ran the exact same playbook they used on Africa and South East asia on them.

Most of those countries were stable until Anerican or euro fckery during the cold war or during the robber barron era.

For example chiquita (formerly united fruit company) ran the same play book cacs ran on congo or siera leone to destabalize those govts of honduras and el salvador during the robber barron era . Also during the same era the brits raided and destabalized argentina.

In the cold war colombia, Venezuela, ecuador , and Nicaragua were purposefully turned into narco states by our own govt to sell those drugs to black people. And when the latin americans went socialist to try and prevent western tampering, America destabalized them and put puppets in place . If Africa and Mexico were swapped geographically, I'm inclined to believe that most black people would willingly leave America. But I could also see America conquering it because white people don't want anyone else to have anything.
