I've been on the fence for years. I haven't stepped foot in a church in over twenty years, and when I was young, I read one page of the Bible, closed it, and never opened it again. Most of the things I learned about the book came from online sources. By definition, I feel like I'm not a very religious person. I want to believe, and I feel like I've seen a few moments in life that were above the level of happenstance that make me curious. I'm always interested in hearing people explain their POV on God, Christianity, the Bible, etc. to me because I have a lot of questions. There's also a lot that I disagree with, and I feel some people use religion as a crutch to justify their own ignorance which is obviously a big turn off. Of course, I also read and listen to other atheists/agnostics, and I find myself agreeing with a lot of their viewpoints and they make more sense too. I like science and facts. I don't know what you'd categorize me to be honest.
Organized religion is bullshyt but not belief in a higher power
