All these blowouts and they still have no realistic shot at winning it all
Isn't this team better than last year and they took the Spurs to 7? I'm pretty sure they have a great chance. It's basically them, Memphis and the Spurs

One of OKC (providing they make the playoofs), GS or Dallas are coming out the West. Spurs won't and Memphis don't have enough offense.

That is true but it happens in sports. The Celtics team got taken to 7 games against ATL and won the championship. Heck the Knicks took the 1992 Bulls to 7 games as well. It happens but that doesn't mean those teams that extended those series were title contenders.

you right, but I don't think GS can grind it out with SA or MEM. Offense can come and go but defense is more consistent. Tony Allen and Kawhi Leonard are shutting dudes down.

I think GS is too young and don't have a low post scorer. The Mavs don't have a go to guy late in games....Dirk at 36 isn't the same dude and he can't play the block for extended periods at this age. Monte isn't a dominant scorer enough come playoff time. Memphis doesn't have the wing players. I still like the Spurs or Clippers. Don't get too caught up in current records. The season is long.

GS have a top 5 defense in the league. Allen and Leonard can only guard one player... the Warriors have multiple players that can go off. Plus they've got the deepest bench as well. Far too much fire power for either team in a series.

Bogut and Lee can provide the low post scoring, and they've got a great mix of youth and vets. Monta and Dirk can share crunch time scoring duties like they did against the Spurs last season. I'm not even bothering to look at the records at this point.... OKC, GS and Dallas were my picks before the season even began.

Mavs guards full of NBA journeymen besides Monta:huhldup:

It doesnt help that they are small also.

I think GS could take out Dallas in 6.

Memphis still lacks shooting every year.
