It is not a foregone conclusion that Ohio State and Auburn win their conference championship games. Michigan State is a good team and Mizzou has beat some really good teams. Wouldn't Bama jump back into the National Title picture with those two losses?

WTF U TALKING ABOUT. ALABAMA BEAT LSU AND WON THE NC WITHOUT WINNING THEIR CONFERENCE TITLE OR EVEN WINNING THE WEST HALF OF THEIR CONFERENCE. OU, though they lost in the NC game, LOST their conference title game and still played LSU for the title.
