I have been here since SOHH days and IMO this is the best online forum.With that being said like anything else it has its flaws and room for improvement.
Before the emotional knee jerk reaction based on the thread title, let's look into this with an objective eye;This forum is made up of majority men, let's say 95% of active contributors and on top of that the bulk is within a certain age group, avid internet users since some of the most popular/recognizable contributors have 20k + post numbers.
Using this information we can come to the conclusion there is a higher chance of group think which goes unchallenged.
Let's look at this thread for example:

2200 pages of "how to deal with women" which pretty much the same talking points repeated in different ways.
Going back to the group think, it is difficult to challenge the status-quo let alone have opposing viewpoints which stifles the site from developing further.
Volume contributors like @Napoleon have to pretend to be Black just to fit in.
And on top of that we have bigots like @DrX that spew hatred against Ethiopians but go unchallenged because it's somehow doesn't fit the narrative created by the volume contributors.

To grow the pool of quality posters I believe we need to open up the conversations and allow more women to actually contribute and be taken seriously, this can and will grow the website to the impact size of let's say a Redditt while still maintaining its Hip Hop edge.
