Not all women are like that, but an adult woman who cries at the drop of a hat at the slightest inconvenience or pushback is definitely being manipulative.

Unless she was beaten or a closed one dies and she crying she manipulating. Over my career I've seen woman make horrible mistakes and when the boss talks to them they cry and they get of the hook lmao. That's why even though I like working around women I don't like working with them. They get treated like babies at work.
