What am I missing, sounds like she's an ally from the clip posted. Asking black men to be more emotionally available is not an asinine request. We mock emotional fragility all the time here, so know we have a priblem because a black female therapist addreses it?

Depression is nothing to be mocked. Suicide is very real in the black community, let alone others demographics.

What am I missing, sounds like she's an ally from the clip posted. And depression is nothing to be mocked. Suicide is very real in the black community, let alone others demographics.

You're missing that her desire to be popular online...was at the expense of her clients and furthered why black men do not seek out help.

and when it went viral, it became license to attack black men for their apprehensions on seeking out mental health professionals.

So you’d be okay with your therapist using you or other men like you as an example to make a point on tik tok?

I wouldn’t.
