I've been going to the same barber since I was a kid. Dude started off working for another shop, then created his own shop in which he has barbers paying him rent.

He usually charges $16 a cut, but I always give him a $20... he's a quality barber who held me down for years except the time I was in the Navy and had to use them struggle base barbers

How do brehs allow some guy to spray paint on their head while focusing on the haircut they getting though?

"Aight I want a fade, a line-up and DON'T use any spray aight" is all you'd have to say right. I don't assume these barbers are spraying this without permission pause


I think it's because barbers know brehs want a fresh cut to get hoes, so they tax customers. $50 sounds absolutely ridiculous, inflation or no inflation.

A lot of these barber's think that black men aint getting hoes unless we stunt by having high-prices cuts. More and more barbers pushing Benz and Beakers nowadays. Back when I was coming up, they were pushing Hondas and Nissans.

I feel like there is a ceiling before people start doing it themselves. I'm already at that stage but mostly just because all my nearest barbers shut down during covid and i don't feel like going too far out of my way for a cut.
