In all seriousness, though, the absolute best women are the ones who didn't get attractive until their late teens or early 20's, so they developed an interesting personality, a high level of intelligence, and a witty/gritty sense of humor. That combined with good looks makes me shyt is wifey status.

I knocked down this chick, and we kicked and talked all through the night. We realized we didn't want to be in a relationship but still wanted to be friends so I just labeled her as my "Best Friend" and we were fukking for 5 years stright even while both of us were in other relationships... That was the ultimate friendzone


Not to mentioned the chicks I knocked down, but wasn't trying to get with. I considered them my friends as well.

So I always looked at being in the friend zone a good thing..

Fair enough. Let me explain myself.

Being ugly alone won't mean that you develop a high level of intelligence, but if you're an ugly person, the chance that you'll be trying to develop your intelligence to make up for a lack of good looks will skyrocket. I speak from personal experience. I honestly wasn't that attractive early on and so I convinced myself that I didn't need to be the "pretty boy" type that got all the girls because I made up for it by being smarter than them.

Convincing myself of this I started acting like a smarter person by studying way more and trying to develop a better sense of humor to impress girls. This was my way of giving myself some sort of value so I could feel like I could hang in the sexual competition for the best girls, despite not being as actually good looking.

It didn't work because girls are just as shallow as guys are, so I eventually bit the bullet and got good at sports and got my style right. But still, that mentality early on is something that had a huge role in how I developed.



I've seen a couple girls that do the same thing. Again, this is personal experience I'm speaking from, and I know it's not that common. And for the record, I do agree with your original post.

Men's value is derived from what they do. That's what makes us interesting. That's why you have so many women who are seeking men for their groups of friends. That's why so many girls talk about how "lame" girls are and how they pride themselves on having nothing but guy friends, thinking it makes them look cool.

I always first wondered which of these dudes she was banging before she met you, but that's just me.
