Saw a group of young kids (about 40-50) enter a venue near my apartment and a few hours later a shooting broke out. I have footage of the immediate aftermath of the shooting including the victim limping around and getting carried out of a stretcher, no footage of the shooting itself.

Part of me wants to mind my business and let the streets do their thing, another part of me is annoyed that I’m paying $2000+ in rent and have to deal with these warrior class nikkas fukking shyt up and want to report this shyt out of spite. Plus I would feel bad if the dude died and I withheld information.

What should I do?
