If I pay 0 in rent, my SS check would reduced by a lot, I wouldn't mind paying like a 100 a month in rent as that along with EBT and leftover SS money would be very a very manageable lifestyle, ESPICALLY if utilities are lumped in with the rent. Starting Jan 2023 I'll probably get 939 a month, take out 100 for rent I'd have like 839 left over, I'd be living like a king for someone with my circumstances

I'm no fan of whatever America considers Socialism in 2022, but I feel like this is a very good thing, and that Charles Barron should be commended for telling these developers to kick rocks and make that shyt affordable.
My only hope is that he people there consist of people FROM HERE
No transplant hipster CACs trying to take advantage of a section of the borough that's been ignored for decades
