Was gonna hate but right now as we speak I did conceptually the same thing he's doing by browning then simmering some chicken I just got :francis:

Difference in how the protein breaks down when you simmer vs just straight boiling. Meat comes out softer :dame:

i never even thought about stewing in bone broth for more protein. new nutrition level unlocked
premise of the thread turned out to be trash but at least i left with something lol

That shyt looks stringy and stringy chicken is more often than not dry.

This fine…. Used to do something similar but would throw cabbage, onions, ginger and carrots in the mix. Add some rice and it’s good cheap eating
