Most of us who went to a PWI with a lot of exposure to Indians already know how they get down. They will stoop to any level to cheat. Dont matter what it is, you can bet your ass they gonna cheat at it. Them fukkers arent any smarter than anyone else, they just all band together to cheat as much as possible. So if its one really smart one in the group then they all gonna look really smart.

But the reason i made this thread is because that bullshyt affects you later on in the workplace when you have to deal with them. They dont know shyt, they just weasel their way into finding out who does know something so they can try and steal from them. Every time i turn in a project or get recognition for something its 3 of them fukkers immediately hitting me up on Teams wanting me to send them all my files. I learned my lesson on that, because please believe they will never share any of their (previously stolen) work with you.

But now one of them has made it to the head of the engineering department of one of my long term clients. So im talking to a manager in a related department and she says "Sheff, do you know any engineers who would like a new role, we cant find anyone to bring on". Im thinking ok we in metro Atlanta, Georgia Tech is right up the road, its engineers out the ass around here, something dont smell right with this. I ask her to see the listing so i can scope the job requirements..........................................................................


Motherfukking Pratik done put so much unnecessary bullshyt in the listing that he knows nobody will qualify for so he can bring on some H1B's from India. I mean the shyt was blatant. There is absolutely ZERO reason anyone in my scope of work would even need to know what MATLAB is let alone be certified in it. He put all types of highly technical but completely unnecessary requirements in there just so he could deny anyone except the people he hand picked. When i asked her "Why are you looking for someone experienced in Manhattan when every operation you run uses Blue Yonder/JDA", she gonna tell me "I dont know, but thats a good question".

I could imagine the fallout and fukkery that would come if someone when through the requirements/qualifications in red ink with a full text about why there is no valid reason for this exist and sent it to HR.

Cause what's worse than not being able to explain why you have requirements that are not relevant to the scope of work.... is having to explain why your qualified candidates would look drastically different if you removed them.

My company hired them all for cheap positioned them in management and engineering positions. They have flopped on a project that corporate invested 65 million dollars on. The amount of oversight and errors have pushed the completion date so far behind that the corporate office has closed their budget and is forcing them to make due.

You can only scam for so long. The errors they made are major and expose their lack of knowledge/experience. The funny thing is they can only blame each other. I'm watching this shyt like it's the three Stooges. I'm going to rinse them when I report to corporate for being incompetent with nothing held back. Last year I got my Indian Supervisor fired (well they let him go silently this year without a contract extension) after we had a work dispute.

The rest of them dudes are walking on egg shells around me for almost a year now. They know I don't fukk around and the only thing that protects me was my reputation when it was his word against mine. I had the entire workplace ready to back me cuz they know my ethics don't waver and I'm a consummate professional. They had got so comfortable they were talking shyt about people in their language in front of me. I called them out. Everyone else was tolerating it. Watch out for them people and always be vigilant around them. Know how to confront the bullshyt without losing your composure. I went into a meeting with dude and his own boss and cooked him infront of his boss.

I can confirm some of this

I used to do low level server administration for a company in India and dealing with them was honestly the worst part of the job. Even sitting in traffic wasn’t as bad.

I have family now that manage a bunch of them because it was “cheaper” labor for the company and it’s failing spectacularly. They do not have the basic skillset or qualifications to do the job.
