For real, isn't activism or simply standing up for someone or the right thing according to you supposed to be about being selfless. I notice too many of these so called activists are basically blanket narcissists basically wanting to be praised or bragging on some "look at how better I am than the rest of you for actually showing empathy or caring where I'm actually speaking up and doing things for people". Hell, real talk, most of them don't even really do shyt but type up blog entries or make a video on YouTube speaking saying what 100 million people are saying acting like their word is better than others. It's not all about you. If you can't basically do some shyt for the greater good without expecting a prize in the form of admiration on the Web then please don't do that shyt. Keep it real with yourself. Too many fakes claiming they are real.
