How in the hell your house gonna go up $200k in 2 years. I dont understand this shyt because the houses on my street are not selling for the price they have our shyt assessed for. Im about to file an appeal on this crap.

My wife hasn't called me mad as fukk yet wit her cheap ass, so when it comes I'll let ya know.

Best thing we did we finish our basement on the low wit no permits.


edit: Just checked and my assessed value is "only" up 22k vs last year. Total Value at 426k according to Fayette County (Zillow Value is much higher ), 74k increase from 2 years ago.
