Tell my client all the time, just eat 600 calories below maintenance and burn 300 calories on the treadmill 3 times a week with a incline walk pace of 3.0 and the pounds will burn off. I do recommend yohimbine to control hunger for junk foods and teach them how to do meal preparations. Diet pills are just caffeine pill that give you a thermogenic boost for carido and gym workouts. I have nothing against them personally just dont expect them to do all the work.

yeah they tell you to drink a gallon of water while taking them, i fukked up one time and took a diet pill and a pre workout one sunday morning and yo...let me tell you.
