They are solid jackets though but there are other brands that are more expensive and not made in China. A Kanuk coat will have you sweating with just a t-shirt on under it, they cost more than Canada Goose though more for older folks and utility. But for real it's possible they stole this and it was a fake .

I've mostly seen folks with knock offs around here. I rock unknown or small label brands myself, gotta stay under the radar.

All I know is that growing up in the 90s, I used to be shook to wear Jordans or other expensive brands because it wasn't uncommon for people even kids to get robbed or murdered over their clothes. best to not walk around like a dollar sign in front of wolves and if you did, you better prepare to run or deal with whatever attention you drew on yourself. It doesn't happen that often anymore but I remember how shyt was the norm.
