yeah, we really need to look into getting a RB. Not only does he have ball handling issues, he also goes down very easily. Can't tell you how many times i've seen him go down by arm tackles. Imo, he should be used as a change of pace back.

Nah, He does need to keep working his deep ball, and he needs to start using his 4.6 40 speed to get what he can get and slide. He's showing shytty pocket awareness when he can't throw a quick hitch or slant timing route.
Basically he doesn't do a good job of extending plays, and throwing deep balls receivers can run under in stride.

This loss hurt man. Carr is responsible for this 1. My only Knock on Carr is he can be a turnover machine. Damn. 3 ints in the 2nd half. Killed our fukkin momentum with the int at the goalline. Carr kills us with those ints in the Red Zone.

Two bubble screens to Maclin for touchdowns... Again the secondary couldn't make a play. They did well against the run for the most part minus Alex extending drives. Damn, got two turnovers early and they still couldn't piece a win together. Hayden is a bust. Period. If they keep him next year, I will boycott watching them although I say that shyt every year.
Mistakes everywhere. Receivers dropping passes hitting them on te numbers or in stride. Carr trying to be Cam-like ..
Anyways, finish out strong and try and get a 10-15 draft slot as they seem to hurt less if they bust

Key Needs for this team
1. New Defensive Coordinator.. which i know would not happen, but Ken Norton lack of understanding the opposition and trying to run a seahawks defense with Allen and hayden in the secondary u a got damn fool
2.. #1 pick unless u get a big time corner/safety in free agency is to draft a cornerback or safety.... i have to look at the corners and safeties that's coming into the league next year
3.. Linebacker unless u don't bring back aldon smith, then get a defensive end first
4... late rounds find a fukking punt/kick returner.. special teams is not getting any good field position at all
all in all defensive help is needed and Ken Norton either has to clean up his act or get the fukk out

4th quarters are another problem. Just seems we do it to ourselves more than the opponent. Don't know what it is but it's a BIG problem. It's hard for us to close out games. Frustrating as fukk. 4 out of 7 losses should've been Wins!!!

The defense was good today for the most part, however in typical raider fashion, the offense sucked, Carr couldn't handle the pressure and the Wideouts couldn't catch the damn ball and lastly our crappy RB couldn't really run. Musgrave tried to run but he called stupid up the gut running plays. I still want Norton gone, the Raiders still cant cover Bubble screen plays and its sickening to watch. They better have a DB and Linebacker heavy draft and free agency otherwise nothing will change.
