you should have kept it and made a digital recording to upload
Nah. The paper was....
pr0n siphoning the empathy required of people to maintain long-term romantic relationships because it negatively impacted delayed gratification behaviors needed to build meaningful monogamous relationships. People then get desensitized and import instant gratification behaviors to the online dating sphere and damage the pair-bonding ecosystem in real time through hookup culture. The mentality changes from constant exposure to the stimulus and the behavior changes as a result, and that changes the expectations of dating creating a cognitive feedback loop.

The core model of dating apps is profit-driven. If these apps were optimally designed to facilitate successful and long-term relationships, they would inevitably reduce user retention, contradicting their imperative to maximize engagement and revenue
Depends on the target market. You can say that's true for something like Tinder, but what about ones like E-Harmony that sell themselves as marriage makers?

I never watch these videos, these people just dont get it lol.

I hear you, but he goes into the business model for apps and also pron industry and touches on the wedding industry. He doesnt consider apps as tech, he considers it like a catalogue that scams people.

Men who get women are not fukking with legal marriage in 2025. We have decades of seeing our friends, fathers, uncles go through hell due to the Family Law system in this country. Then the state of women not wanting to be wives (only wanting a wedding) makes the decision even easier.

The only Con is the child birth rate will plummet (as you see in every developed nation/nation that at least has a decent economy) which then = less consumption and tax revenue, but with the AI fairy tale goles you dont even need that many people anymore as there is nothing for them to do, so the issue would be the lower tax revenues yet huge population of boomers and eventual millennials who will want to tap into their social safety nets in old age.

This country would be better off stopping the bullshyt and legalizing Prostituion + Brothels and issue Sex Worker IDs to get tax revenue.

That will dead all the trafficking + brains being fried from porn + make it where only people serious about relationships will date vs the games people play to extract what they want from someone (money or sex).

Yes, they discuss this in the video, how the culture and people's behavior has changed. They also compared the past and present and how the apps affect people's thought patterns.
The self serving nature of people is not new. Apps just help people spread it around a lot more.

I was talking about the most popular ones, tinder, hinge and bumble

I haven’t heard anyone use eharmony or anything else
