Yeah animal abuse is fukked up. But on the other hand there's waaay too many black men going to prison for bullshyt already. If I saw this in real life I would've ignored it and kept it moving. It's not my dog.

What a dumba$$.Dogs aren't objects.It isn't like throwing an object across the room that you bought.If you get a dog you're responsible for their humane care.Animal abuse is illegal for a reason.So glad they stopped him.
