Florida inmate's neck is the butt of the internet's jokes in viral mugshot
posted the mugshot of Charles Dion McDowell on the department's Facebook page Tuesday afternoon. According to the post, McDowell was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and cocaine with an intent to sell, manufacture or deliver the drug, as well as possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment. He was taken into custody after attempting to flee police.
But that's not why people are flocking to share and comment on the post.
It's all in his neck.

Right beneath McDowell's smile on his booking photo is a massive, tattoo-covered neck that has caught the attention of punsters from across the internet.
"Who else came to read all the comments about his “neck”!?! (I)t looks like his head is attached to his thigh!!!" wrote Jean Buffkin.
"They gonna put him in jail and throat away the key," said Noble McGregor.
"Dude up to his neck in charges," wrote Dustin Gilland.
"That neck tattoo cost $6000. They charge per square foot," joked Brian White.
