I would say some time in a psych ward with intense counseling, a public apology and acknowledgement of his issues, and community service (not kids based tho...) as well as a restraining order from k-12 schools and underaged youth.

But nobody in our community is even willing to entertain holding people we're in awe of accountable.
Not everything has to be lockup.
