Idk man maybe it has to do with the centuries of white people stealing our creations and ideas and profiting off of them?
Maybe it has to do with the guy being white and posting this going viral while a black person could post the same thing and receive no acclaim profit.
Maybe it has to do with the comment section below filled with folks praising him like he doing something when you know he ain't giving credit to the black person he took the preparation method from.
