I drink half a gallon. Gallon is excessive for most ppl. Half gallon got me going to the bathroom more than I like already

I don't quite get to a gallon. I'm probably at 3/4.

That much protein is suggested for optimal muscle building not general optimal health.
That much protein is bro science. Im optimized without taking in that much protein.

The 1.8g per pound is used as a estimated guideline for the avg lifter. People just use it as a staple and most are probably consuming more protein then needed.

I think throughout the day maybe… maybe even 2 gallons depending on your muscle and size.

So didn’t watch the vid but I disagree unless it’s for a purpose (cutting waterweight)

Would a triathlete need the same amount of water as an office clerk?
Does Kevin Durant need the same amount of water as Kevin hart?
