depends on the state…he also could’ve said he thought dude was gonna try to run him over but then he would’ve gotten hemmed up by the security footage…fortunately the situation worked out in that manner…hopefully the dumb ass kid just went home instead of looking for another car to steal smdh

The car owner actually the one who is lucky. He let his guard down after he had the drop on him. These kids got guns and bodies these days at that age. Should have patted him down and searched the kid. Lucky he aint get his head blown off.
