I got some PTO I have to burn by the end of August this year, so I was thinking of staying domestic, and seeing where I could stay for cheap, but still be entertained. I looked at Tampa/St. Pete, and I liked that even the hotels by the beach were reasonably priced, but I was wondering for my Florida brehs, is it worth it to stay 1 week there (Mon-Fri)? I wanted Miami, but South Beach seems to expensive to stay for 1 week, and I don't want to drop to much on airline/hotel. Wanted to see what the west coast was offering (LA/San Diego), but again, prices aren't what I'm looking for. Las Vegas is too hot in July to visit, maybe in December or January.
