the original Patsy's on 118th and 1st ave has the best pizza in NYC hands down. 116th on the east side from 1st all the way to Lexington is kinda lit now too. IDK shyt about west/central harlem. i don't go west of 2nd ave ever if I don't have to

most of the harlem rappers are all from the same co-op building on the east side on 109th but for some reason all rep 140th and Lenox. especially :dame: i wonder why that is :dame:

Outside of nightlife and food spots, you're better off just heading downtown or going to BK/Queens IMO.

Yeah def plan on venturing out, but NY is so huge not trying to go out too far.

Main thing im trying to hit are the best food spots then see some cultural related sites.

Thing is you're from Atlanta....none of the soul food spots out there really did it for me at the price points they were asking. At least in Queens/Bk/LES, you getting way more variety in the kinds of eateries. If I were you, I'd hit up the Orchard and Ludlow area off Rivington downtown....got a nice mix of Caribbean/Asian/European places and a lot of eye candy if you didn't bring your jawn.
