Yup he was stealing Bubs and Sherrods crack and selling em on the corners, the irony is that Bubs made a hot dose that Sherrod mistankingly took that was supposed to kill the thief.. it would've killed the person that dude sold it to, but it was karma that Mike killed him.. and it narritavely justifies Mike as a good guy in the show

The dude driving the whip is Shawn from the "too seasoned" scene. Namond getting punked by Sherrod

Namond tells Snoop "yo Snoop I think your sister in my class"

Snoop goes "motherfukker you high?"

In a later episode theres a girl in Namond's class the camera pans to that really does resemble Snoop

I've mentioned this multiple times...

She first pulls up in Hamsterdam in a fancy car with a bunch of white friends, just looking to score drugs for a good time.

Next scene she appears is in Andre corner shop, she's now a prostitute/crack addict...showing her down fall since her first scene, selling p*ssy to get money for drugs.

Her next scene is right before bubs speech in season 5, she is now clean & back on the right track...

She's in 3/4 scenes at most but it tells a story it's self.

It's not one particular scene but it's crazy how intricate they are. They constantly have murders of major or bit role characters talked about by "higher ups" at random times, showing everything coming full circle

For example in season 3 after Cutty and Slim killed that kid from Marlo's camp (the kid with the asthma pump)

Later in the episode Parker, who plays Chief of Staff to Mayor Royce, is in Royce's office discussing the death of a 14 year old kid on the corner earlier that day.
