Was asked what my greatest accomplishment was and I told them,

"I honestly don't think I have met my greatest accomplishment yet. All of the work and training I have been doing in my life, I feel it's building and preparing me for when that great moment arrives."

Their jaws literally dropped....... But I didn't get the job though
But they immediately recommended me to another dept. and I got an offer the next day. My current job now.

Know some background info about the job/company
Most importantly, know how to answer the question; what are your weaknesses
