Wasn't that big of a deal back then to be honest. Not saying it shouldn't have been, but nothing ever came of it. Everyone knew it happened and the attitude was more or less "Dre's a sucka for beating on her like that." That's where it stopped though. Only recently the fake outrage warriors are on some "Oh my God Dre is a horrible man, I can't believe he had the audacity, etc." trip.
