make sure them cupcakes are moist , if you've got good flavors people will come.

have you ever tried crumbs in nyc or cherlys cookies? their product is on point for the most part. I consider cherlys to be a birthday gift or a good treat for holidays i cant pay that much on the regular i'll just get some entenmanns or chips ahoy chewy.

Georgetown cupcakes. I have no idea the infatuation with these things tbh but they sell 10,000 daily apparently so I guess you should try to do what they do

Best advice

:mjpls:

Nah, but in the real, location, location, location. And make sure your product is on point
yeah
that is the first rule I am trying to stick with
high traffic vs local destination type of shop that locals know the brands
but I am thinking more high traffic for the first store
looking to franchise ultimately

Location is the most important thing,

then you went to set a style/theme and run with it/stick with it so it gives the store authenticity

market the shyt outta your shop by doing free samples/promotion days or suttin, I swear marketing is the 2nd most important thing besides location

get involved in like local events & start giving out free samples

lastly, you wanna make sure the food tastes good & compliments your theme/style
