anyone ever done that? Anyone know the steps?

I also want to double it as a small barbershop, small studio, and maybe a Bail Bonds business in the back

But mainly just being a bar.

C'mon man. How many restaurants/sports bars do we have to see fail before we expand our horizons? Try again brother. I know you have it in you to succeed and I don't even know you.

A bar, a barbershop, a studio and a bail bonds all at once?
Why not?

Ive worked at a bar

Know dudes who work at barbershops

I have a lot of studio equipment abd can easily get more

And bail bonds is just a family business that pulls in almost 6 figures a year

Danny Garcia (boxer) has something similar in Philly.. A boxing gym, barbershop, car wash/detail shop all in one location

Buy a strip mall :manny:
This.

i live in a city that is basically made out of bars. If you are going to have one, you have to have a decent niche or an awesome location. Either that or be a celebrity. :lupe:

Look up rents, look at liscensing, and decide from there what you can do as far as capital or getting a loan.

How do comic shops even make business

Games and events. Large groups of people meet up to play I don't know dungeons and dragons or something...something not digital. Then local comicons, Manga-cons and shyt like that, and simple networking i/e having a writer / artist come to your shop for a signing keeps the businesses afloat.

@O.T.I.S.

Whats going to be your specialty and who are you competing with?

Where I'm at we have Buffalo Wild Wings, then there are a couple of local franchises (same local business multiple restaurants) and a few independent ones that are popular.

For the most part Wings are the most popular. So you have to do something different with yours because if people are going out specifically for Wings then they are ordering Wings in via wingstop, wing street, domino's, Papa johns...

Then for secondary food, pizza, burgers...you have to do well there too. They don't have to be the best anyone has ever eaten but if the quality or value doesn't hold up for the customer they aren't going to order it, and when they want it they are going to go elsewhere for it.

Honestly I think a bbq sports bar would be good. Famous Dave's is more focused on their food, than entertainment. Hell most bbq places I can think of off hand their food is maybe 75 to 80 of their focus. Whereas they have a TV or a couple of tvs but it's nothing compared to Buffalo Wild Wings and sport bars.

If you could get some good ribs, brisket, chicken in addition to wings and burgers with the atmosphere for sports you can do damage and be profitable against the chains and local cats imo.
