I know he's just a minor but for a kid that was so afraid of getting sent to a group home he should have stopped his delinquency. Wouldn't have had to snitch if he wasn't skipping class to sell snacks. That shyt snowballed enough to ruin his whole life. fukk Herc's incompetence too

I never thought about it but The Wire has a heavy "no snitching" under current to character arcs. Obviously a show about criminals and the streets is gonna explore that dimension, but the only people that snitch that don't end up destroyed in the end that I can think of are Kima, Nicky, and Bubbles.
