I'm willing to take national backlash by putting my face out there. My main objective will be to promote my music but i'll use the front of the injustices towards Black people when cops get away with murder. I'll preach that my 1st amendment rights protect me and that I have a right to express my disgust at all the Sean Bells and Eleanor Bumpurs of America.

i think somethin drastic has to be done. in the light of this LAPD shyt, this might be the climate to do it. good luck if you go ahead with it

and to be completely honest if you push the music too much you might just get written off as a rapper tryna stir up controversy

Don't do this if you are not well spoken and actually have a unique point of view when discussing this issue (if you make it ot the news).

If you can't express your self as intelligently as a Tupac then I really don't want to see you get interviewed. If you are the type to "yah mean", "ya feel me", through out an interview then all you will do is give rap a black eye and de-legitimize the people who really fell victim to police brutality.

Also, think about how you will be targeted by your local police and they will fukk with you. If you don't have a strong support system that will be strong enough to bear it, if you don't have nikkas at the street level that handle they own problems, then you probably shouldn't do it.

Cause you know you will not be able to call police any more so you will have to handle shyt on your own.

This is also true. Unless you had a long track record (no pun intended) for speaking on social issues.

Get a publicist, soon as a backlash starts, start fielding media inquiries to appear on TV. Promote your music. Eat. :eat:

One of my favorite tracks from Prodigy's HNIC album is the song "cant complain" on that track dude talks about something similiar i went thru myself. During my teen years i had drugs on me and got ran up on by DT's but they were looking for guns. they found the drugs and gave it right back to me and told me to get off the block. I'll never forget that. Yeah there are some cool cops out there just like all snakes arent poisonous. Its natural human instincts to be a nice guy every now and then. Fukk that tho.....the majority of police in my neighborhood are white boys who talk and act in ways that they never would if they werent hiding behind that badge......i believe anyone who choses to join the ranks of a police officer in any urban community wether Black or white takes an oath to harrass poor black and brown people......Thats a war and most of us are unarmed for the battle thru lack of knowledge. In my rants I will stress the laws and how to deal with police in a proper manner.

The time for a violent revolution is long gone. Black folks just wanna go home to their families and secure their jobs, they dont want to come together in large groups dying for a cause......Thats where we are with it. But like u said, something has to be done......This is me attemtping to do something. If anything I'll make a lil noise and get just 15 minutes of fame.....

I learned from Killa Cam that u cant use that n!gga style that works on MTV and Hot 97 and take it to a broadcast network like CBS. I hear what u saying about looking like another ign'nt n!gga....I dont do the "nah mean" thing. But I have been doing a lot of job interviews this past year and i think i'm pretty good under pressure when it comes to a one on one.

as for what u said about my fam and their well being....Yeah, u are right that is something to consider. But at the same time you have to stop and think.....Malcolm X and martin Luther king put their families lives in danger as well but it was for a bigger and greater cause.... and if thinsg get too rough thats where the financial support comes in because if Zimmerman can get 6 figures from supporters, hell i can buy me a nice house in a quiet section of Arizona and lay low for a while....

maaan...i'm way ahead of you on that one. I can already see some major outlet trying to reach out to me for that first interview. All the major news outlets jump on anything popular on youtube surrounded by contraversy (I'll avoid FOX at all costs tho...i already can see them flipping on me with the editting)

Speaking of promoting my music......I would love for you and
@Fredrick Thuglas to critique my music video. And to Mr Fredrick...I do a lil talking in the video...its not much but u can pretty much judge for yourself wether or not u think i am articulate enough to go up against Anderson Cooper. Here's the link.
