Ask for a receipt as most don't have it. Lie and say you need it to add warranty. Then offer $50 less. Only buy one less than a year old after verifying the serial number on Xbox.com
I'll only pay $300 for an Xbox bundled with games. $320 with games and Kinect and sell the bundled trash cheap. $25 per controller, $5-$10 per game, $50 for the Kinect. I'll keep the Kinect if it's your only one.
Make sure the warranty sticker is intact.
