I have a Bach in Information Security.
After 5 years of sweat and tears and $50,000 of accumulated debt all I've been able to get with this shytty piece of paper is a shytty ass call center job. I will let everyone know when I post it. Hopefully all you coli dudes who live in your mothers basement can make better use of it than I have.
Once I get my money back, in putting 40k on the loan and the rest to my mama who helped me during hard times in college.

Stay tuned for when its posted . I will share the link.

How much you think you can get it for?

Can't you always get another from your school in case you lose it?

I wonder if there is a market for this? :jbhmm: Like if you have a generic name like Micheal Johnson or something.

1. Where are you located?
2. How are you marketing yourself?

Sites like Onet and the Bureau of Labor Statistics give you information on the most in demand jobs in your field, the requirements to make you competitive, and locations that are hotbeds for the type of work you want to do.

How you go about your job search is critical. I can't possibly tell you everything on this in this one post, but this one book in particular changed my life as far as career and self marketing: What Color Is Your Parachute? by Richard Bolles. It gives you insight on how employers choose employees, interview and resume advice, even advice regarding wanting to start your own business. I HIGHLY recommend you read it.

I hope it works out for you friend but dont throw that paper in the toilet just yet. Maybe you should add a few certs to your resume and try again, or perhaps move to a more in demand location. It never feels good to see friends not living the dream.
