I'm on day 3 now. While technically I can eat, I kinda fell into a liquid diet and figured why not see it through. Thing is that got me hungry as shyt right now.
NOTE:
They got this odd setup where you take 2 "morning formula" each day ...but only 1 "evening formula" on the 1st day. Followed by 2 "evening formula" the 2nd day.
No prob, got it .....but this leaves me with figuring out; do I take all the 3 "evening formula" left over on that 3rd final day or take another 2 and have a rogue "evening formula" left for the next night(but that would make it a 4 day formula instead of 3).
