I guess. Can't say that I've recalled too many egregious examples from anyone that stopped me dead in my tracks and really pissed me off the way that one did.

I was talking about my post in this thread.

But as far as that title goes, i thought i was using it correctly. I always thought a comma should be used to signify a short pause.
